Though the pandemic has certainly put a damper on our work, school and social lives, last week my sons and I enjoyed a new-to-us socially distant activity: a kayak outing on the river near our home.


It can be easy to lament all the things we can’t do as we once did, but perhaps there has been something new or something special that has arisen. Have you had the chance to try new recipes? Are you able to sleep in longer? Are you spending more time with your family?
